- All participants are required to comply with the rules applicable in each destination

• All incidents of Force Majeure as set forth in existing regulations are subject to change and amendment.
• Accidents caused by participants not following Guarantee safety standards.

- CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation tour by PARTICIPANTS before the date of departure then DP money is forfeited. However, we recommend to rename the participants by the person who did the cancellation. it is expected to happen a win win solution and no one feels aggrieved. confirm the replacement name to us max 3 days before the date of execution.

- IF ANY CHANGES OR CANCELATION BY Us resulting from any unpredictable form of ferie majeure and deemed to endanger the safety of participants such as natural disasters, fire and smoke, war, riots, riots, epidemics and Government actions in the monetary sector directly resulted in extraordinary losses before the date of departure then the provisions can be discussed seara kinship (negosiable)
