1. Vehicle rental service with driver is calculated for 10 hours. Excess time of using the vehicle, will be charged an hourly overtime fee. The one hour overtime price $.5/Hours SNG
2. If the customer does not use the full rental duration of 10 Hours in one day, the remaining time cannot be added to the next day
3. Customers are required to notify us, if there is a change in order information. Such as change of pick up and drop off location, pick up time, change of pick up date
4. Special orders such as baby car seats, English speaking drivers, are subject to availability. Additional fees will apply for certain requests
5. Ceska Tour Travel & Rent Car has the right to refuse customer orders, if the customer shows disrespectful behavior, insults, berates, commits acts of violence
6. Ceska Tour Travel & Rent Car has the right to refuse orders if the number of passengers exceeds the car's capacity
7. In the event of an accident that results in damage to the vehicle caused by the tenant or passenger, intentionally or unintentionally. It will be entirely the responsibility of the renter or passenger
8. All prices for vehicle rentals at Ceska Tour Travel & Ren Car, do not include life insurance and do not include accident insurance
9. The rental price does not include the driver's meal fee (adjusted for normal meal hours: breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner)
10. Flat tires, additional fuel for out-of-town routes are the responsibility of the Renter
11. Full payment is made when the customer meets the driver for the first time
12. Prices can change at any time without notice. Please visit this website again to get the last price
