Banyuwangi Regency is a regency (Indonesian: kabupaten) of East Java province in Indonesia. The regency is located at the easternmost end of Java Island. It serves as a port between Java and Bali. It is surrounded by mountains and forests to the west; by sea to the east and south. Banyuwangi is separated by the Strait of Bali from Bali. With an area of 5,782.4 km2, this raegency is the largest in Java. The regency is a tourist destination, and subject to ongoing development as an international tourist destination with relevant infrastructure.[1] Banyuwangi regency has been declared a taman bumi (earth park), or national geological park (Geopark) in 2018.[2] It had a population of 1,488,791 according to the 2000 Census; by the 2010 Census it had risen to 1,556,078; and the latest official estimate (for January 2014) is 1,599,788. The city of Banyuwangi is the administrative capital. The name Banyuwangi is Javanese for "fragrant water", connected to the Javanese folklore of Sri Tanjung.

1

DAY 1 : SURABAYA – BANYUWANGI (L,D)

city tour, boom beach, sightseeing blambangan garden, aloon aloon

1. Meet & greet at Juanda Airport.

2. Drive to Banyuwangi it takes 6-7 hours.

3. Upon arrival Banyuwangi, join city tour visit Boom Beach, sightseeing Blambangan Garden, alun-alun, photostop at  Wisata Osing Village.

4. After that, transfer to nearest homestay at Alas Purwo check in & free program.

5. Lunch & dinner at Local Resto.

2

DAY 2 : EXPLORE TAMAN NASIONAL ALAS PURWO (B,L,D)

Alas purwo national park, ngagelan beach, plengkung beach, etc.

1. After breakfast, going to the Bedul Beach.

2. Then by jeep explore Alas Purwo National Park, visit Ngagelan Beach to see turtle conservation, Pancur Beach. If travelers want to something new experience try to trekking for 1kilometres to istana cave, famous location as retreat place.

3. After that, go to the Plengkung Beach, which one of the best location for surfing activity in the world (best time to visit this place May-Oct).

4. Back to pancur & explore Sadengan, natural savanna in alas Purwo National Park.

5. Before go back to homestay, visit Luhur Giri Salaka Hindu Temple. Upon arrival homestay, free program.

6. Lunch & dinner at Local Resto/Alas Purwo area with picnic style.

3

DAY 3 : BANYUWANGI – TRANSFER OUT (B,L)

Maria cave, souvenir shop, transfer out

1. After breakfast then check out homestay. If possible visit Maria Cave, one of the Unique Church in Banyuwangi, Souvenir Shop.

2. Then transfer to Surabaya/ Ketapang Harbour / Banyuwangi Airport.
