Malang (Javanese:) is a city in the Indonesian province of East Java. It has a history dating back to the age of Singhasari Kingdom. It is the second most populous city in the province, with a population of 887,443 according to the 2016 estimation. Its metro area is home to 3,663,691 inhabitants spread across two cities and 22 districts (21 in Malang Regency and one in Pasuruan Regency). Malang is the third largest city by economy in East Java, after Surabaya and Kediri, with an estimated 2016 GDP at Rp44.30 trillion. The city is well known for its mild climate. During the period of Dutch colonization, it was a popular destination for European residents. Until now, Malang still holds its position a popular destination for international tourists. Malang keeps various historical relics. This city keeps relics of the Kingdom of Kanjuruhan period until the Dutch period. Dutch heritage in general in the form of ancient buildings such as the Kayutangan church and Ijen cathedral which has gothic architecture. Malang also held various events to preserve its cultural heritage, one of them is the Malang Tempo Doeloe Festival. Malang also has a lot of historical heritage which has become a landmark like Tugu Malang (Alun-alun Bundar). Malang is also well known because it is labeled as an educational city. This city has one of the best universities in Indonesia such as Brawijaya University and Malang State University. Malang has various ethnic groups and cultures from all over Indonesia and the World. The population of Malang reaches 895,387 people with a majority of Javanese, followed by the Madurese and Chinese or Peranakan.Malang metropoitan area or notable known as Malang Raya, is the second largest metropolitan area in East Java after Gerbangkertosusila (Surabaya Metropolitan Area). If viewed from the side of Javanese culture, The majority of Malang people belongs to culture of Arekan Javanese. Malang was spared many of the effects of the Asian financial crisis and since that time it has been marked by steady economic and population growth.

1

DAY 1 : SURABAYA/MALANG (D)

1. Meet & greet at Surabaya / Malang Airport.

2. Drive to Malang join city tour visit  Warna-Warni Villages, Malang City Tour sightseeing idjen boulevard street, which is decorated with Bougenville flowers and Palm trees with the background of old-fashioned-Dutch architecture houses. Malang Monument & Alun - alun Malang, stop at Oen Shop, the oldest shop which have dutch architecture (most favourite menu : ice cream).

3. Then transfer to hotel in Malang Area for check in & free program.

4. Dinner at Local Resto.

2

DAY 2 : FULLDAY EXPLORE SOUTH MALANG (B, L, D)

1. After breakfast, drive to south malang it takes around 2 hours from the downtown.

2. Arrive in South Malang, then by boat lets start to explore the beautiful pantai 3 warna / three colour beach, the conservation area which have three colors gradation, due to the different depth by the sea. Graded water of blue and green as well as white sandy beach becomes the reason this beach named as such. Then go to the only one Tea Plantation that is still exist since 1875 in East Java.

3. Back to hotel & free program.

4. Lunch at 3 colour beach area & dinner at Local Resto

DAY 3 : MALANG – LUMAJANG TUMPAK SEWU WATERFALL – BROMO (B, L, D)

1. After breakfast & check out hotel.

2. Drive to Lumajang it takes around 3 hours from Malang.

3. Arrive at the Lumajang, go to the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, it is different from other waterfall tour because we have to follow the river, up and down the cliff. Of course we must be extra strong and careful. The waterfall that can be classified as an extreme journey is synonymous with adventure, lets explore the tourist circuit Tumpak Sewu. Nirwana Falls, Telaga Biru and Goa Tetes is a cave with rainfall and lake in it and then waterfall and there is stalaktit and natural stalagmites.

4. Go to hotel in Bromo Area for check in & free program.

5. Lunch & dinner at Local Resto.

4

DAY 4 : BROMO TOUR – BANYUWANGI (B, L, D)

1. Morning call 03.00 by jeep join Bromo tour visit sunrise point at Penanjakan/Love Hill/Kingkong Hill.

2. Go to the Beach Sand, Bromo Caldera, Whispered Sand, Savanna/Teletabies Hill.

3. Then back to the hotel for breakfast & check out.

4. From Bromo, drive to Banyuwangi It takes around 5 hours.

5. Arrive at Banyuwangi, go to hotel for check in & free program.

6. Lunch & dinner at Local Resto.

5

DAY 5 : IJEN TOUR – OSING CULTURE VILLAGE (B)

1. Morning call 01.00 from hotel drive to The Paltuding, stop point for Ijen Trekking.

2. Arrive at Paltuding, soft trekking around 2 hours depend on your pace. See the beautiful sunrise from the top of Ijen Crater and of course the amazing crater with mixing colour green & blue.

3. After that back to The Paltuding & go to the Osing Culture Villages to see the traditional house.

4. Back to hotel for breakfast & check out.

5. Transfer to The Ketapang Harbour.
