-Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the passenger.

Step 2: Receive Vouchers
-Passengers/Guests will receive the vouchers.
-Tripcetera will assist in confirming bookings with ferry and hotel partners once you follow the instructions.

Step 3: Submit Personal Information
-Passengers/Guests must provide the relevant details to Tripcetera.

A. For Ferry Ticket Issuance, Passengers must provide:
-Full Name (as per passport)
-Date of Birth
-Nationality
-Gender
-Passport Number
-Passport Issue Date
-Passport Expiry Date

B. For Resort Check-in. Guests must provide:
-Full Names of all guests
-Email Address of lead guest
-Phone Number of lead guest
-Check-in Date

Step 4: Redemption and Boarding
-Passengers/Guests are to submit all their Tripcetera vouchers (ferry and resort/hotel) for validation and redemption.

Ferry Boarding:
-Passengers are to submit all their vouchers (both ferry and resort/hotel) to the Ferry service provider (Batamfast) counter staff.
-The staff will verify the details before issuing the boarding pass.

Resort Check-in:
-Passengers/Guests are to provide their booking confirmation from Tripcetera.
-Follow the standard procedure as required by the Hotel/Resort (e.g. give copies of passport, provide security deposit, etc).
