ABOUT "Birdwatching Delight on Desaru Coast (Adults)"
*Available from January 7th 2023*
Desaru Coast is home to an interesting array of birds. We have recorded over 100 species of birds offering a broad range of species including garden varieties, forest edge birds, waterbirds, and shorebirds (especially during the migratory season between November and March).
While bird watchers and cyclists might seem to be two different kinds of people, combining the two activities can bring a fresh perspective to whichever one you associate with most. Birdwatching from the saddle can bring forth endless hours of entertainment.
Watch out for the colorful Blue-winged Pitta, Crimson Sunbird, Blue-tailed Bee-eater, charismatic Oriental Pied Hornbill, Osprey, Black-shouldered Kite, White-bellied Sea Eagle, Brahminy Kite, Cinnamon-headed Green Pigeon, Thick-billed Green Pigeon, Whistling Duck, Stork-billed Kingfisher, Collared Kingfisher, White Throated Kingfisher and many more.
